Looks like this has already been answered but I'll add that Higgins would be easily 90th percentile for both metrics. 17 avoided tackles on 59 receptions is excellent and so is 1.53 for the 10-yard split
I came to ask this question as well. The answer without exact marks is…excellent due to lots of forced missed tackles and an elite 10-yard split, which will probably settle as merely good once weight-adjusted.
